Customer Account Update questions

#1 - Is there away for a returning customer to update their order? i.e. they need to change the item or payment information?

 

#2 - Is there a way for the store owner to modify or add to customer account data and/or the actual order from the admin interface? i.e. need to change the customer address, etc OR change or add onto an existing order OR add a new order (customer calls and wants to add/change order)

No, not at this time.
