I had to change the live site previous mail from SMPT to sendmail due to not receiving order confirmation emails. It seems you deleted languages or something like that. It errors out now before entering the login page. Before reinstalling believe it might be wise to just wait a couple months in hopes of further issues being found and corrected. As I said earlier, the main part of database was corrupted. It seems you deleted the main language or something like that. There is no easy solution for this case.
