Copy subcategory to another category?

I want to copy one subcategory to another category like I can with the products. Does anyone know of a mod to do this? I have searched and searched and seen references to copying subcategories but no links.

I do NOT want to reenter all the subcategories as there are over 50 of them to go in something like 30 categories.

Comeon, I know someone remembers which mod does this.

I use Easy Populate to add cats and subcats. I don't know of any other way. Sorry.
