I have successfully uploaded a logo but when I press Customise I get the error below with either Desktop or Mobile view. I can't go any further. Please help. This is two-factor authentication for enhanced protection of your admin panel. Probably you turn it on during your last login. You should receive an email with the security code. It seems the front end is now fixed and back working, something to do with the languages and hosted server settings. Replacement files have solved the issue. I can also now see and edit the theme correctly. This is marvellous! Looking forward to updating my shop. Thank you again to Andrei for quickly diagnosing the issues from the log files and providing upload files to fix these issues.
