See screenshot.

I have copied the Watch theme and renamed it to try and work on it.

I have successfully uploaded a logo but when I press Customise I get the error below with either Desktop or Mobile view.

I can't go any further.

Please help.

Hi Lorraine!

Please replace the file lib/backend/controllers/LoginController.php with the attached one.

@pandrei could you please help here?

@osCommerce-Official I did not receive a notification about the above mention. Is it ok?

I'm now being asked for a security key?

This is two-factor authentication for enhanced protection of your admin panel. Probably you turn it on during your last login. You should receive an email with the security code.

I'm afraid I've had no email with any key? Can I disable it via back end or something?

Go to your hosting Control Panel, open phpMyAdmin, select your database and run this SQL:

UPDATE admin SET admin_two_step_auth = 'disabled'

Pheeeewww! You're a miracle! I'm back in again!

However I still get the same error when I try to customise theme.

Also frontend just says 'Please contact us if you see this page'

Please email me the log files from here: lib/frontend/runtime/logs/*.log (or send a zip file after clicking the Download all logs button in Admin > Settings > Tools > Error log viewer)

Thanks again to the wonderful Andrei!

It seems the front end is now fixed and back working, something to do with the languages and hosted server settings. Replacement files have solved the issue.

Just the theme now and we're cooking with gas.

Okay thanks again to the speedy and expert Andrei I now have a fully working front end.

I can also now see and edit the theme correctly.

This is marvellous! Looking forward to updating my shop.

Thank you again to Andrei for quickly diagnosing the issues from the log files and providing upload files to fix these issues.
