Jack_mcs Posted January 26 Share Posted January 26 I have the FedEx module installed but there aren't any rates being displayed (see attached). I have tried two different sets of good credentials. I searched the logs for fedex but there are not any entries for it. Is this a working module? If it is, what should I check? Hi Jack, We checked the admin area of your website with the login details you provided us the other day and we failed to find the FedEx module installed there. If you refer to the different website now please PM me with the corresponding login details to it for us to check it further.
