The only user online, other than me, had the IP address 80.218.104.168 at 4:34AM:EST:July02/03 and was on while these categories and orders disappeared. Please Help. I don't know what to do next.

I haven't changed anything, but I don't know what could've happened.. please help.. i may or may not have been hacked.
