Msqli Error When Editing a Theme

I'm taking a look at OSC V4 on a test server running php 8

I have copied the "watch" theme and am trying to edit the copied theme.

However, I am getting the following error when trying to replace an image:

Fatal error: Uncaught mysqli_sql_exception: No such file or directory in /home/sfftest1/public_html/includes/functions/database.php:25 Stack trace: #0 /home/sfftest1/public_html/includes/functions/database.php(25): mysqli_connect() #1 /home/sfftest1/public_html/includes/configure.php(26): tep_db_connect() #2 /home/sfftest1/public_html/includes/application_top.php(90): require('/home/sfftest1/...') #3 /home/sfftest1/public_html/index.php(25): require('/home/sfftest1/...') #4 {main} thrown in /home/sfftest1/public_html/includes/functions/database.php on line 25

Any idea what the problem could be?

Thanks

Now running on a fully modded, Mobile Friendly 2.3.4 Store with the Excellent MTS installed - See my profile for the mods installed ..... So much thanks for all the help given along the way by forum members.
