Shopping cart problem Warning: Cannot add header information

When I click on my checkout button, I get the following information:

 

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/h/y/hydros/public_html/catalog/includes/application_top.php:482) in /home/h/y/hydros/public_html/catalog/includes/functions/general.php on line 29

 

It was working fine, then this. What can I do to correct this problem?

I had added the shop by price and this line was not right.

define('FILENAME_SHOP_BY_PRICE','shop_by_price.php');

changed to

define('FILENAME_SHOP_BY_PRICE', 'shop_by_price.php'); and everything seems to be fine. Thanks anyhow, now off to find other errors!!
