First let me say I am not a good source of technical information. I am sure other people are finding this question hard to answer. Not enough information.

If you are on a shared server there is a decent chance you have access to cPanel. From there, File Manager should allow you access to your osCommerce files. If you are on a system that does not offer cPanel, you will need to give people more information about your server and osCommerce version.

A good way to access your files is through a FTP client on your computer. Should work on most any server that is not set up on a local computer.
