I can edit the zone to United States/All Zones and tax is applied. United States/(any specific state) and it does not apply even if that state is the same in checkout and zone. Hi, You are welcome. Hopefully this issue should not happen in the future. Clearing cache is actually used when some updates are not applied to the front end for any reason. If you click on the folder to the left from your tax zone name you will be able to assign the required countries or regions to it and it will resolve your issue. Please see another screenshot below. Ok so yes this does somewhat fix the issue and it will calculate tax at checkout. But, only if I have Canada / All Zones selected If I select Canada / Ontario for example it will not calculate tax.
