have had some  m.f use the sign up to spam people.

they are using the customer email to spam people with the spam in the other fields.

 

what's the best way to delete all the new fake customers

and how to block with captcha or something?

Install the Honey Pot addon. It will do both.

They are most likely just injecting because serious spammers us scripts to fill in the forms. Though I do see many attempts at manual entries on my site.

As mentioned in my first reply, Honey Pot will fix both issues.

My View Counter addon allows me to see what the IP's are doing.
