Can anyone help with dissapearing Modules problem

Hi i have just set up a new shop after i messed the last one up everything seems to be working fine apart from the payment shipping and order totals module the modules have dissapeared to visit a screenschot of what im on about :-) please visit www.got2haveit.net/mad.gif

 

if anyone can give me any ideas on how to fix this i would be forever greatfull as no one seems to have any suggestion
