ruffryder007
Hey guys, I am currently in the process of migrating my site to a different platform, which should be completed within the next 2 to 3 days. I would like to make my oscommerce store inaccessible to the public for the moment so that I keep customers from creating accounts and placing orders while the migration completes. If I just replace the index.php file with a "Website under construction" page that i created in dreamweaver, would that work? Or would I need to do something else? Demitry
There are several add-ons for that. Here's the one I have: https://apps.oscommerce.com/Sz4nf&site-maintenance-status-all-versions There's also this one: https://apps.oscommerce.com/tRxMK&store-mode-open-closed-maintenance And, there are other ones. osCommerce: made for programmers, ...because store owners do not want to be programmers. https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?date=all&geo=US&q=oscommerce
