administration / define language HELP!

When I go in the define language screen, I get an error message

Is this a bug that requires code fixing or is it a configuration problem.

 

I'm working on a development environment with IIS Windows XP Pro.

 

If it's a configuration problem, I may as well fix it rather than having the same problem later on.

My mistake I think..... looking at your error again I'd say its a permission problem on your language directory... set the correct permissions on it.

 

I have had no problems thus far running MS1... on Apache - developing on a Win 2000 box
