BillyDMT Posted July 2, 2021 Posted July 2, 2021 I have a fairly old OS commerce site that is failing to link to Paypal. My site only has 2 payment options: money order and Paypal. Last Thursday 06/24/21, my customers informed me that the Paypal payment option wasn't working. After order confirmation screen with Paypal chosen, order screen just kept trying to connect until timed out. My web guy finally retired and I need some help pointing me in the right direction to troubleshoot. Paypal said its not them.
