HELP ! Payment Module PRoblem

Hi i have just set up a new shop and when i go into the admin panal and click onto modules/payment i get the following message but no options on the right side to input details etc etc

Module Directory: includes/modules/payment/

 

all i want to do is set up my protx module

Croos posting is against forum rules and harder to keep track of answers
