Relay Posted July 1, 2003 Posted July 1, 2003 Hi I'm just trying to install latestnews and have noticed the install file tells me to open a file called catalog/includes/database_tables.php but there is no database_tables.php? is this a typo? what file should it be? thanks Glen Young
cannuck1964 Posted July 1, 2003 Posted July 1, 2003 catalog/includes/database_tables.php this file was contained in the catalog/includes/application_top.php file. for older snapshots, you would look to this file instead. You might have problems with this contribution due to other db changes and compatability issues though....so back up first... cheers and HTH Peter McGrath ----------------------------- See my Profile (click here) for more information and to contact me for professional osCommerce support that includes SEO development, custom development and security implementation

Relay Posted July 15, 2003 Author Posted July 15, 2003 ok I got it all running but now the font size is to small, how do I change the size of the font in latest_news-1.1.0? Glen Young
Guest Posted July 15, 2003 Posted July 15, 2003 font sizes in LN are determined by the osCommerce stylesheet from what i remember, so it shouldn't be any smaller than the text on the rest of your site
Nick Weisser Posted April 1, 2005 Posted April 1, 2005 Hi Will, Great contribution. I've been using it in my shop for quite some time, but after switching to SSL (for the admin part) there is a problem with inserting new news items. It does no longer work as before. Any ideas as to what the problem could be? Any pointer would be appreciated :-" Nick
