Guest Posted March 20, 2021 Share Posted March 20, 2021 Strange issue happening when a customer adds something to the cart then goes to checkout. Once they input their info and shipping address, the next page shows UPS choices with prices. Once a method is selcected by the customer and they click continue, the page refreshes and throws an error telling the customer to contact the seller via email. I then get multiple emails that say " UPSXML Rates Error: : experienced by customer" Any ideas on how this happened? Nothing was changed on the code or backend.
