Shipping admin screen and zone rate problem

Hi everybody,

This may be a new version of an old problem.

I wish to install zone rates.
I set the required number of zones in …includes/modules/shipping/zones.php. Then I uninstalled Flat Rate. The screen is cleared now.

Now, when I install the modules (4) I only get 3, but not Zone Rates. More precisely, I think I'm not getting any of them, because the right hand side of the screen stays blanc, no matter where I click. I can’t even reinstate Flat Rate as a temporary fallback.

Any ideas how to fix this two-in-one problem? Anybody?
