Hi!  I need the store send an email to the business mailbox when a customer order from shopping cart is placed.  It`s impractical to have to enter the backend of the store to check for new orders.

Testing, a mail is send to de customer but not to the store.

Hola!  Quisiera que cada vez que un cliente realiza un pedido, me llegue un mail a la casilla de correo, de tal manera de no tener que estar a cada rato chequeando en el backend de la tienda si ingreso algo nuevo.

Hi! My Store in configuration is completed with the mailbox, but the store only send mail to the customer but not to the administration mailbox.  For these reazon I answer.

Both places?  In particular, in the "Send extra order emails to"?

also try somethings like.

[email protected]

or

"myname" <[email protected]>

its a crime to get the email to work correctly
it also depends on if you use sendmail, or smtp. or smtp with authorization. (phpmailer)
regarding to the comment on @ecartz
Also check if your provider has a spamfilter, spamcluster.
im still saying the email system of oscommerce is a  headache.

Dont think logic with this email system and try all. thats my tough
