Guest Posted July 1, 2003 Posted July 1, 2003 Does anyone know what will cause a customer to receive a product notification? I have set one up on a dummy account and then went into admin and changed the price on the product and put it on special but neither of these sent an e-mail to my dummy account. I even enable global notifications on the account and still nothing. Any ideas?
Guest Posted July 8, 2003 Posted July 8, 2003 Go to tools Newsletter manager - chooses product notification. Write the message then save it. Lock it and send it - when you go to send it it will ask you to choose the product to associate it with - people whit global notification or who asked to be notified for that item will get it.
