Shopping cart without stock control

Hi!  I need to implement a shopping cart without stock control.  The idea is that the client buy, but the payment does not take place until the shop owner verify if the product is in stock.

How can I do for avoid the store doing this check?  What part of code I need reprogram?

Hola!  Necesito que mi tienda funcione sin controlar stock.  La idea es que el cliente compre, pero el pago no se efectue hasta que el dueño de la tienda avisa que hay existencia de los productos en cuestión.  

Como se puede evitar que se haga ese control?  Que parte del codigo necesito reprogramar?

admin > Configuration > Stock

In particular, you may want to  set either "Check Stock Level" to false or "Allow Checkout" to true.

There is a payment module called "Check/Money Order" that accepts any order and then will not ship until the payment is received. You probably can make a copy of this module and re-write it to suit your need.

indeed i also took one module like money order.

then i remade them for the choise of bank, paypal etc.

so thats always pay after, but then can choise wich payment they want to do.
