shipping feilds/weights/character

wow! i have a lot of weights and prices. using zone table and having fun actually. is there a character limit to the amount of weight/prices?

 

i thought i read a 225 character limit. if so, is there anyway to work around it?

 

shipping worldwide. tried to put U.S. in zone 1 and 2 (a continuation of zone 1), but shipping module didn't seem to apply price if i purchased something w/ a weight in U.S. zone 2 calculations.

 

example: U.S. zone 1 goes 0lbs to 8lbs in .25oz increments. (0-0.25:0.50,...ect)

U.S. is 8lbs and up, w/ same increment increase.
