So whatever module is providing it, you need to modify it so that it produces both the alternate value for the other language and a value for the current language. https://help.ahrefs.com/en/articles/2754344-what-does-the-self-referencing-hreflang-annotation-missing-issue-in-site-audit-mean Always back up before making changes.
