jen_jl Posted June 30, 2003 Posted June 30, 2003 I just did my first test order. Everything was fine on the osCommerce site. I even entered a shipping address different than my billing address. I have LinkPoint Basic for my mechant account. I received about 4 emails. I have the following errors to figure out, but really don't know where to begin. This first bit of text is from the email from osCommerce........... Everything looks as it should. The total is correct, but the shipping address is my billing address. See the email below which was generated from Linkpoint............ Order Number: 24.-13 Time: Mon Jun 30 19:12:18 2003 cc: Visa shipped: N shiptype: user id: 2 name: Jennifer Smith company: addr1: 1812 Forest Drive addr2: city: Charlotte zip: 28280 state: NC country: shipname: Jennifer Smith shipaddr1: 1812 Forest Drive shipaddr2: shipcity: Charlotte shipzip: 28280 shipstate: NC shipcountry: email: [email protected] phone: 704-XXX-XXXX fax: Reference: Comments: Subtotal: 0.00 Tax: 0.00 Shipping: 0.00 Total: 5.06 The problems appear to be: 1. osCommerce isn't passing or Linkpoint isn't receiving the shipping address if it is different than the billing address. 2. osCommerce isn't passing or Linkpoint isn't receiving the subtotal, tax or shipping information. It is only receiving the correct total amount. How do I fix this? Do I need different modules? The only extra module I have installed since the initial install is the linkpoint.php module. I appreciate all the help I can get. I am learning this as quickly as I can. :-) Jen
