I've installed this exactly as the instructions say and I'm getting an error in the shopping cart that says: 1146 - Table 'tanya_osc1.TABLE_COUPON_GV_CUSTOMER' doesn't exist select amount from TABLE_COUPON_GV_CUSTOMER where customer_id = '7' There is no file called TABLE_COUPON...etc... what am I missing here? xxGeek Posted June 30, 2003 Posted June 30, 2003 also i have noticed that you have a file missing in your left column information box, looks as ther might be a syntax error you'll notice the BOX_INFORMATION_GV dosn't really point to anywhere could you pm me the application_top.php and column_left.php of your catalog directory, i'll give it a shot :wink: The more you do, the more you learn
CandyB Posted June 30, 2003 Author Posted June 30, 2003 This thing is making me nutty. The phpMyAdmin through my cpanel, has that file in the database, but it's not, from what I can tell, anywhere on my site. Very weird... I'm still looking for it, but I don't see it anywhere.

Any time you are having a problem with a specific contribution the best place to get help is in the contribution support thread. There is a good chance that someone else has had the same problem and the answer you are looking for is already there and if not then at least you are asking people familiar with the contribution in question ( maybe even the person who wrote it). The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
