Portman Posted September 4, 2020 Share Posted September 4, 2020 Hi, I have just asked my hosting company to set up a dev site that they have cloned my existing website and databases onto... when I go to the oscommerce section of the website - the site is being populated from the database, but when i try to log in as a customer it simply reloads the home page without logging me in or giving me an error. I created a new customer - which is now on the database - but after I created it it gave me the 'congratulations' page but the customer was still not logged in... I have checked through the config files and I think these are all in order, is there something else I might be missing to get this working? the admin side is not loading either - after filling in the login info (on the popup not on the login page) if gives me a 500 Internal Server Error. any help would be appreciated. ♥ecartz Posted September 4, 2020 Share Posted September 4, 2020 Is your configure.php file pointing to the old database or the new database? Are you using MySQL or file sessions?
