Nochex Checkout Question

HI Everyone

 

Im new to these boards and this is my first post.

 

I must also stress that im not to technical with websites etc and have someone else to take care of most of the techy stuff.

 

Anyway, I have a question and hope someone may be able to help.

 

I currently use a nochex checkout system where once they have decided what to buy they are taken directly to a nochex link to make the payment. Once payment has been made my customers are receiving a nice email detailing the products, prices, delivery addresses etc however I am only recieving a "nochex money received" email which quotes a reference number that doesnt seem to correspond to anything.

 

Can anyone please advise how I would also go about getting a copy of the email that my customers are getting because at present its a nightmare trying to figure out what they have purchased.
