tomson569 Posted June 10, 2020 Share Posted June 10, 2020 Hello All, A client of ours is running osCommerce 2.2-MS2 and they've run into an issue where users My Account pages come up as blank. Checking the code for the page, the table they're supposed to be displayed in simply doesn't have anything in it. Does anyone know of a possible cause for the problem? I realize that more information might be required to troubleshoot the problem further, and I'd be grateful if you could let me know what is needed. Thank you. ♥raiwa Posted June 10, 2020 Share Posted June 10, 2020 If you didn't touch anything in your store and it worked before, most probably your hosting changed the PHP version to a higher one which breaks the code of your very outdated Oscommerce version. - y.ou should switch error reporting on or have a look into your error_log file to see which concrete error is thrown. Then report back and we'll see if it can be fixed. - ask your host if they changed the PHP version. If yes you should ask them to switch it back to the version you were running before, - if they can't do it, you have to run to upgrade your store to the most recent Phoenix community edition, which you should do anyway despite they are willing to back to a lower PHP version.
