Add Mr. or Ms. to order process/web orders

HI

I've changed Gender to Title on new account form and added radio button for Mr. or Ms. and it works great

But how do I make it add Mr. or Ms., depending on gender, to the order process email and web order? I just get the name but no title with it.

In what version?  This would be very different in Phoenix 1.0.6.0 from even 1.0.5.0 much less 2.3.4.1 or older.
