Kelley Posted June 29, 2003 Posted June 29, 2003 Hello, I have just downloaded 2.2MS1 and tryed to run the install.php with no luck as localhost. The computer is running Apple OSX and has PHP and MySQL installed and running. The install.php gives me the error that it can't find "oscommerce.sql" in the install directory. I placed the files in http://127.0.0.1/~kelley/mysite/catalog http://127.0.0.1/~kelley/mysite/admin The virtual host is set as http://127.0.0.1/mysite When I go directly to the default.php I get the error of "1046 - No Database Selected select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration" Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Now the problem is the Catalog will work but the admin will not. the admin directory is at /mysite/admin/ and not /mysite/catalog/admin/ The error that it give is "1046 - No Database Selected select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration [TEP STOP]" Kelley
