tausenx Posted May 2, 2020 Posted May 2, 2020 Hi everybody. We're woodworkers from Italy. We mainly produce furniture for our local customers but lately we're helping other shop that are not equipped, selling them semifinished products or finished furniture ready to assemble. In this business-to-business we struggle with estimate. We were thinking about a dynamic online catalogue, in order to easily adjust prices in case of raw material price increase. How can we take advantage of this catalogue, extending this features to our final customers too? Then we started to consider an e-commerce site. Are there some products/services/add-ons, meeting our needs, without building it from scratch? - Selective access control with different discount ad terms of payment based on the typology of the customer (business to business of business to consumer) - Database of raw material (panels, hinge, drawer slide, ...) - Shop pages where cabinet prices changes dynamically depending on measure inserted by the customer and which panels, hardware, ... is selected - Shopping cart and checkout page Thank you! Daniele

This would require custom development. There's a commercial inquiries forum here where you can ask for bids. 4 minutes ago, tausenx said: Shop pages where cabinet prices changes dynamically depending on measure inserted by the customer and which panels, hardware, ... is selected There were a couple assembly modules attempted but I don't know that any were really mature. And I don't believe that they have been updated for Phoenix. So this would also likely require custom development. 5 minutes ago, tausenx said: Shopping cart and checkout page Phoenix has both of these. Always back up before making changes.
hungryfrank Posted May 2, 2020 Posted May 2, 2020 hiinges and drawers can be added as options/attributes to be added to the product(cabinet) if there are pre set sizes that also can be worked out as option values. 12 inch free 24 inch +10 36 inch +20 like that. if you want to charge per square meter you have to do some programing you can cut up to 4 pages of your checkout by using my three add_ons login create account in one page Express checkout login pop up modal
