I have rates like this:

 

3 Day / 2 day / Next day

 

Resadent - $11.70 / $16.70 / $28.70

 

Business - $9.95 / $14.95 / $26.95

 

Orders over $100 free I ADDED THIS FREE MODULE.

But I really need th know how to do this.

How can I do this?
