Phoenix Looks like a good start for me,  Some questions:

  • Is there a dark mode (ex. white text on dark gray)?  or is this a manual config via CSS?
  • Can you have multiple pics of each product, say from different angles?
  • Are there any modules/add ons to enhance SEO?
  • Is there a simplified bulk load feature for products?

thanks in advance.

  • Add any style changes to your user.css file - CE Phoenix uses Bootstrap styles - see https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/utilities/colors/ for examples
  • When you add/edit a product you will see facility for adding extra images to show in shop
  • On admin dashboard look in Modules->Header Tags and install SEO modules e.g. Category SEO, Product SEO

Recommend you apply to join the Phoenix Club where you can get help from other CE Phoenix users and even the Lead Developers of CE Phoenix.
See the Fund Raising topic there for how to support the project and get free certified add-ons.
Best of luck and stay safe and well.
