Phoenix Remove item with attribute from Shopping Cart not working

Hi;

I am using Phoenix 1.0.5.6 on PHP 7.3;

But I am facing a issue which I am not able to debug the Remove item button on shopping cart page does not seem to work;

To be precise-

Product with attribute- Remove does not work but Update quantities work

Product without attribute- Remove and Update quantity bot work

Can anyone please help me understand the issue.

I have the Ajax Attribute Manager installed just for information.
