Strange display of images

Running OSC M1.

Have set small image with = 100 and hight = "empty" in admin.

 

The problem:

Starts with a 400x320 pixel gif, showing up perfectly in "click to enlarge". But my product listing images are very bad, until I take the cursor over the image. Then it shows up perfectly in the right size.....

 

Anybody know why this strange error occur, and mybe what changes I have to do?
