What i am trying to do is have (at the top of my page) a line of text when someone connects to my site .. i will try to illustrate as best as i can below: (no log-in) Welcome Guest, (Log-in) or (Sign Up New Account) (Already Logged In) Welcome [First Name], (Logoff) How hard is this, and more importantly how do i do it? i see some variables in my english.php section and stuff, but is there a slice of code i can just throw into my header.php or even in default.php??? Appreciate your responses. Thank you

Guest Posted June 28, 2003 Posted June 28, 2003 i would prefer it on all pages.... i figured it already did this , my store is edited rather heavily, so i may have deleted (or commented out) the function that does that, accidentally.. http://www.pearlinfotech.net/store i would like to put it on as many pages as i can.... but at least default and index..... if i can get the code for those pages then i can paste it into the others, unless there is some reason i cannot do that..
