Admin - Configuration Heading_Title

I have googled this to death and looked at my configuration.php file over and over again, can't figure out why I have blank pages with the title Heading_Title from Cache down to Stock.

Rest is fine, store is working fine apart from when customers try to reset password, the email they get contains a wrong link, something for another day

Any ideas?

From which screen are you seeing this? When in Admin, if you click on "Configuration", the menu will drop down. Where you see 'HEADING_TITLE'  *typically* is defined in which sub-menu item you've selected. In other words, if you click on 'My Store', where your image says HEADING_TITLE will now say 'My Store'.

Just clicking on 'Configuration' will make the menu drop down, but the main screen won't change.

I am unable to gain access to all the options as specified in my attachment, example: when I click on "customer details" all I get is Heading_Title.

"My Store" ...all I get is Heading_Title.

Which means I can't get in and change any details.

Any ideas?

My first guess is that you have something wrong with your Admin configuration file. Can you post it here, editing out your database info (db server, db server username, db server password). If this is a live site, you may want to edit out the actual store name/url too.

The Heading_Title  you are seeing is probably due to a language file not beeing in the correct place or the path is wrong, these are set in configure.php, but I could be wrong.

It is the configuration.php file which resides in the admin folder that is questionable. It stops loading the module title and the module therein. So, it could be some syntax error or something.

As I can't find any errors with the file nor remember ever having changed anything in this file, I do wonder if it is a server side error?

Is the dB table configurations still intact? The primary index key OK?

Could you confirm which version you are using? Are you using the latest version (CE Phoenix)?

Yes do a reinstall as it will be quicker than trying to debuge a bad install. However this time make sure both shop and admin work as expected before doing any data import.

The admin/customers.php link works fine as that is not the problem.

Yeah, re-install is the way forward I think. I will ask the host just to make sure they have not made any changes.

Your configure files are incorrect.  Post at the Commercial Forum to get someone with a bit of knowledge in to help you out.

Also make sure to click on the link I supplied earlier to download Phoenix. It is modern, mobile responsive, fast, modular (easy to create and install add ons), and importantly it continues to be supported.  2.3.4.1 is none of these things.
