Sometimes the option value is missing

Hi,All,

There is a problem annoy me for times.

I am using oscommerce of bootsrap, not latest phoenix.

Sometimes the order from the customer has not option value in the item.

I have check the database, the option value is not existed. But it should has option value, because each item has option in the shop.

This problem is not.happened frequently.

I have not any idea to trace out the problem.

Is.there anyone know what is happened?

Hi, write which version you use. 3.3.x or 3.4.x please describe in more detail what happens and how the options for your products are structured

And the option structure is simple,

is clear. but what does not work on the attributes?

Some client placed order and the atrribute did not tansfer to the order and I cannot see the attribute in the order in the backend. But it is occured frequently, in percentage is around 1% to 2%.

It is difficult to trace out the problem.

Do you have any idea?

have you changed something at the shop, installed new addons which can cause the problem

Yes, I did installed an addon angular shopping cart to my shop.

I will check this addon again. But it seems hard to debug it.

id of products with attributes are represented in the format product_id{option1_id}value1_id{option2_id}value2_id... and so on. The add on may not have handled this format properly. You may want to check the code in there.
