Vendor Shipping Modules for United States Postal Service on Merchant v2.3.4.1 Bootstrap Edition

Can someone PLEASE help me? I am trying to setup the Vendor Shipping Modules for United States Postal Service on Merchant v2.3.4.1 I contacted the USPS and told me to registering for the U. S. Postal Service's Web Tools Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). 

Is there an addon I need to use to start shipping from the  U. S. Postal Service's? I don't know what to do or how to make my site able to ship using U. S. Postal Service'

yes I think actually there are a couple of versions

I've implemented this one on 2.3.4BS
