Keep the emails genuine which should sound like a real person so don't add any lengthy paragraphs.

Again keep it short and crisp.

And don't forget to add your contact info.

In many places, "cold calling" with marketing email is considered spamming, and is illegal. Generally, you need to obtain "opt in" permission from someone, to be able to send them marketing emails (newsletters, etc.). "Opt in" means they have to take an explicit action (such as checking a box) to give permission for you to email to them. Simply having an email address, contacting you with a question, or even ordering a product may not constitute permission.

It is good practice, at the top of each newsletter, to remind the recipient that they signed up to receive such emails, and to provide an easy "one click" way to unsubscribe. This reduces the chance that you'll be blacklisted as a spammer. To be able to provide the date on which they gave permission (store it with customer data, not just that "they opted in") would be even better.

keep your email content short and crispy. With this the reader will not be bored by reading this and read the email with the insterest.
