Jack_mcs Posted April 9, 2019 Posted April 9, 2019 You could install the Store Mode addon. That can prevent orders from being made or mark the shop as down for maintenance. This would be a good choice if you think you will be taking it down in the future. Or, if your control panel has an option to password protect a directory (most do), then protect the shops directory using that tool. When you visit the site, it will ask for the username and password you used when you set up the block. Or, edit the shops .htaccess file, or create one if it doesn't exist, and place this code in it order deny,allow deny from all allow from your ip Replace "your IP" with your actual IP. That will prevent everyone except you from visiting the shop.
