Hello,
I have issue with sharing product on Facebook.. if the visitor want to share our product on Facebook
the product image show but no name or description !! and it show error about JavaScript

 BTW  the JavaScript enabled ..any idea about fixing this?

@René H4  do you have  Modular Product Page add-on installed? .. because  we have Modular Product Page installed, and on the test shop isn't installed and the shearing working good..

I have no standard add-ons on my page, just the ones from @burt 's 28d-19 and a theme that he wrote many years back.

But I do have some modifications in the productlisting php. This may (but I don't think so) cause the wrong listing on FB.

I just placed a topic on Facebook again, and the message showed up again.

Next I added 5 images, and the message was gone. Now if you click one of the images, the visitor is re-directed to the correct spot in the shop.

Maybe this is the way to go?

Thank you  @René H4  the visitor in Facebook  if the click on the  shared  product  on Facebook it will re-directed to the product  in the shop.   The issue what I have it that there is not product name or description shown on the Facebook  share popup or on the Facebook page after it shared there .. it show this error

I don't have facebook so cannot help sorry.  But here are some pointers;

1. FB uses opengraph, so make sure you have that module installed.
2. There did used to be on FB a "linter" tool you can use for testing opengraph - I think it was renamed a little while back but you should be able to find it
3. Try other testing tools such as framely
4. Make sure you have not inadvertently blocked FB (eg in htaccess etc)

Thank you @burt  the  opengraph installed  and I checked  Sharing Debugger and it show me this

so the problem  og:description?

That's where you start your investigations.  Can you try it on Demo, random product page;

This is clean of all interference, for sure.

You'd need to press to fetch (new information) it and see what it says...

I think the problem from some addon  installed on the shop. because on the test site (Frozen) working fine but there is some error, but there is no error when you share the product everything show as it should on Facebook
