thumb Posted February 24, 2019 Posted February 24, 2019 I am starting up a new cart using OScommerce 2.3.4.1 CE and I think I need to set up a PayPal sandbox to test everything on checkout without it actually being live. I've had a PayPal account for years and I entered that info in the regular setup but when I try to retrieve sandbox credentials it wants me to sign up for a business account. Do I need a business account to do this? Quote

thumb Posted February 24, 2019 Author Posted February 24, 2019 I guess I have the sandboxes set up because I went into manage apps and I was able to select Live or Sandbox. I then used my wifes PP account and bought something and it came thru in Orders. Quote

I did try to buy something in sandbox mode but when it went to PayPal to pay, it would not accept my log in to PayPal for some reason. I might look at it later but for now it's working live.
