Here's the issue, after 05/18 or so, the login pages were changed and do not exactly match up with the new pages for the PWA contribution. In the new release, some pages have been switched so you'll have to look at the code and modify where needed. I know this response seems kinda jumbled, but you can use a pre-05/18 snapshot if you have not made a lot of changes. If you need help, let me know. I'll try to find the changed files for you. Quote
