Daemonj Posted June 26, 2003 Posted June 26, 2003 Decompress the file that you downloaded from osC. Take the second admin folder and copy it to the second catalog folder. Then delete all of the cvs files and folders. FTP the second catalog folder up to your domain server's public_html folder. Create a database and database user on your domain's server. Then open your browser and go to www.yourdomain.com/install and go through the install process. If you have any questions, view the installation instructions at wiki.oscommerce.com. Daemonj Posted June 28, 2003 Posted June 28, 2003 At this point you do not need to worry about CVS. Get your store installed and running and then you can work on CVS. The way that CVS works is that it tracks the changes to a file. You use a program that works with a CVS server to integrate the changes to your file. It sounds simple but there is some work to it. ;) "Great spirits have always found violent opposition from mediocre minds.
