HELP I get errors loading index.php

I successfully setup oscommerce on a win98 machine with xitami, mysql,& php. administration works perfectly. This was a test machine. The server I am setting up uses win2k, xitami,mysql,php I receive this error message when I access the administration Page

"Warning: main(includes/languages/english/): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:Xitamiwebpagescatalogadminincludesapplication_top.php on line 193"

Also none of the links on the administration page work.

The configuration.php is the same on both machines I think it is a pathing problem I am at a loss :?: Thanks in Advance for any help. Jim

Seems that either no one else has any idea what is wrong with my install of occommerce or no one cares....... could someone please throw me a crumb.... I have nowhere to turn
