Check boxes, Radio buttons, text fields, Product Attributes

Hello everyone.

 

Does anyone know of a contribution that can add the use of TEXT FIELDS, CHECK BOXES, AND/OR RADIO BUTTONS to product attributes?

This would be an amazingly helpful feature to have.
