Cant get page to come up

I have installed the program onto my server and everything seems to be working just fine. But now when type the url of my page into my broswer (http://www.cheapcigsite.com) i get this:

 

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

How do i get the page to come up..............Please help
